At Draftt, we take pride in creating bold, high-quality posters that help you #OwnYourPoster. While we aim to deliver a flawless experience, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. After this window, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom posters.

To cancel your order, email us at support@draftt.shop with your Order ID and registered email ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The poster received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery

To initiate a refund request, email us at support@draftt.shop within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • A clear image of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Your Order ID

  • A short description of the issue

3. Refund Type

If your refund request is approved, we will process a partial refund:

  • Poster cost will be refunded

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The product is not damaged, incorrect, or defective

  • You fail to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • The issue arises due to personal preference or change of mind

  • The image submitted for a custom poster was of low quality or resolution, affecting print clarity
